这是虎尾兰，没有死。虎皮兰盆栽可用腐叶土和园土等量混合并加少量腐熟基肥作为基质。它在光线充足的条件下生长良好，除盛夏须避免烈日直射外，其它季节均应多接受阳光;若放置在室内光线太暗处时间过长，叶子会发暗，缺乏生机。此外，如长期摆放于室内，不宜突然直接移至阳光下，应先移在光线较好处，让其有个适应过程后再见阳光，以免叶片被灼伤。　　浇水要适量，掌握宁干勿湿的原则。平时用清水擦洗叶面灰尘，保持叶片清洁光亮。春季根颈处萌发新植株时要适当多浇水，保持盆土湿润;夏季高温季节也应经常保持盆土湿润;秋末后应控制浇水量，盆土保持相对干燥，以增强抗寒力。它对肥料要求不高，生长季每月施1—2次稀薄液肥，以保证叶片苍翠肥厚。
