你这么估计就活可能性不大了。看盆土，板结的很严重，这种土壤就不适合龙血树。这个土很难浇透水，经常半截水，很容易枯死。一旦浇透水，保水性又太好，透气性还很差，很容易沤根。

@静水行一 就是拿个水盆接上适量的水，把花盆坐进去，一定不要让盆内的水倒灌进花盆，要让水从花盆底部慢慢的吸上来，直到整个花盆内的土吸饱水。

渗水一般是化水的前兆吧。不一定是黑腐的。这个被你手术后这么的大伤口，用点杀菌剂吧，担心感染。
