Chicken
- Chicken thighs - 500 gm, cut into small pieces

Pasta bake
- Pasta (rigatoni, penne, macaroni, or shell) – 300 gm
- Salt - 2 teaspoon
- Bacon – 5 slices
- Onion – ½, finely chopped
- Garlic cloves -2, minced
- Dried oregano – ½ teaspoon
- Tomato paste – 2 tablespoon
- Chilli flakes – ½ teaspoon
- Tomato puree – 700 gm
- Water – ½ cup
- Salt – to taste
- Black pepper – ½ teaspoon
- Tomatoes – 3, cut in small wedges
- Baby spinach – 2 handfuls
- Mozzarella cheese – 2 cups, finely shredded
- Parmesan cheese – 2 cups, finely shredded
Cooking method
Prepare the chicken
- Take chicken thighs and season them with Italian herbs, garlic, salt, and pepper. Sear the chicken till it turns golden in color. Leave the fat in the pan.
- Saute garlic, onion, dried oregano, and chili flakes. This will bring out excellent flavor.
Cook pasta
