@Hanax 貌似是粉的，吃的时候大人老说这藕粉坨坨的，我当时还没意识到这个问题。好像这边很多人家自种的都是这种粉藕，然后就挑着来卖，有地区差异应该

是哪个品种，藕分七孔和九孔，一种是脆藕一种是粉藕，忘记几孔的粉了。市面上大都是脆的在卖。粉的炖汤才好吃。😄
